| December 31, 2011 I really love this photograph. New Year's Eve at Pier 39, and everyone's preparing for midnight. I believe this perfectly captures the essence of the end of the year: bright lights and hope of the new year outshining the darker closing of the current cold and merciless season. It's been an amazing experience keeping this 365, and I hope to continue doing this in 2012. Happy New Year's, thanks for sticking around, and see you all in 2012! |

| December 26, 2011 We decided that tonight was a good night to go on a Christmas photo safari. There were some intensely decorated houses around the neighborhood. It really brings the holiday mood around. |
