After many months of procrastinating, I finally got to somewhat embellishing parts of my room. Just so I have something to look at during the school year. I almost died putting this up because it was so high up. But it's the beginning of a great back wall!

Although I didn't do anything much this summer, I've gone out often with friends for food! An open-face chili burger at D's Giant Burger in Rodeo.

A friend and I went to a small restaurant in Pinole called Tina's Place. Really great food and portions that make the price worth it! A Greek Vegetarian wrap and a chicken pesto wrap with huge fries!

Oftentimes guidance is what we need to persevere, but when the only thing we see is the light, all consequences, benefits and everything in between is unseen or more often ignored. A goal is good, but to succeed we need to be able to see the entire picture.

The dogs love being outside, so camping was a plus for them. Fresh air, space to run around, and time to explore. Then again, it's the exact same reason I love camping.

In his spare time, my dad collects cable scraps and sells the copper to recycling plants for cash. It's where my tuition funds have been coming from for almost a decade now.

Not too long after we got the windshield replaced, a huge crack appeared at the top, and over the last couple months, it has spread the length of the entire windshield. We need to get it replaced again very soon.

My sister's birthday today. And she spent the entire day at my mom's shop. But, we got haircuts. Happy 16th!

The months progress and I fall even deeper into a Wonderland. The people I meet and places I go a mere blur, and what I do remember seem artificial and insincere. This is life's challenge: to see past what I can and can't see, to discover the true meaning behind lost endeavors and meaningless encounters. This, well, this is a lost Monopoly piece.

My family and I drove out to Santa Cruz for a Saturday excursion. We took our first Polaroid photo against the beach backdrop. These Polaroid photos speak in ways digital photos can't.

My friend visited the dorms during Halloween of last year and left this on my white board. Almost a year later, it's still here. I might need to ask her to do a touch-up, though.
